     Hi, it is still a 4 systems one. May we know which dealer or website you puchased the update from?

     I paid  60 USD for update for my dealer. I bought my scanner on the ebay. Brand new for full price.

    On the Ebay the store name is diag-home 

    So i fallowed your instruction but i wanted pay directly for autel. right now i have not update but i lost my money?

         Right now my dealer sanded this massage:

    I am calling them to help , I promise i will try my best to fix this .I apologize for the inconveniences
    I wont't say i did , autel didn't not do it for us . We need improve our service 
    So i will keep in touch with them until your problem solved

    So someone in Autel dont making his job well. Please fix my problem. I paid a "all system" update, but i didnt received nothing

    My serial number is MD8216001731.  The question is the next: Why that not all systems, and where can i complain.

    My dealer wrote:

    Hi , they told me again & confirmed your device is all systems
    you can try to reinstall the software one more time , if you get some problem , you can just take the picture of it , i will show it to AUTEL to help

    Please let me know: this is right now all systems or 4 systems??? Because i'm really confused.....
