Hi..I can't registered my product MD802...it says wrong registered serial number and I don't understand it because is the same serial number given by the tool...what to do now if I want to update the software ?

end the model number, serial number and register password of the Autel device to support@auteltech.com , they will check it for you. Support do not answer here any more.
