Yeah, this seems to be common with no real answer or solution anywhere to be found. This is not concerning updating the tool, when connected to computer to try to print, it simply isn't recognized. So the printer program doesn't work because as far the program is concerned, there is no tool attached because the USB device failed to be recognized by windows.

I sent previous requests, asking if there were drivers, or if this thing is junk.

I've seen different answers saying "Its a Chinese model"....yeah. Where else do they come from? Either way I haven't heard back so I'm assuming it's junk as "support" is a joke and I'll just return it and buy someone else's product. Then I'll spend an inordinate amount of personal time to warn people off from this company and their products.
