MaxiDiag Elite MD802 blank screen after updating

      After updating and reinstalling the sd card my scanner doesnt work but when i take the card out and turn it on it tells me to insert the card? All i have is a blank screen while the card is in the scanner. but my sd card works fine in my laptop

     Hi, 

    Did you use the original SD card that comes with a tooll? If not, let me tell you that some brands of SD card are compatible with Autel System, like Kingston for example. Sandisk and Samsung are ok. 

    So, if does not work now, my advice is format you SD Card in FAT32, and make sure it is a Primary Partition in MBR.
