     I download Autel update 6.40, but it installs Maxi update 1.14?  I have the MD802 all systems.

     PC Suite V6.40 is the software you install on your computer to be able to download the update for MD802.
    Insert the SD card to computer SD reader for update instead of connecting the tool to the PC via USB cable.

     Yes I am aware on how to update the tool.  Talked with support and was told that Autel PC Suite is now Maxi PC Suite on all handheld red tools.  The problem I have now is that for some reason there are 16 updates that keep reappearing in available even though they are installed in the installed tab.  Have support looking into it.  Thank you

     I have the same issue, now 7 updates reappier all the time, so this is  a serios bug in the new software!

      I'm in contact with them and have it down to only 1 that keeps reappearing.  Hopefully you are now only having the same.

     Exact same problem with MD802.  PC Suite automatically updated to Maxi PC Suite (v1.14).  The initial updates seemed to be fine.  However, seven of the updates were stuck and keep reappearing .  Tried multiple times to install these updates.  Blinking light on my SD card reader showed updates were being written, but when the updates were complete the Maxi PC Suite interface did not refresh as it normally does.  Tried again and again w/ same result.

     Nastyman, try it now and see if you get anything.  I been in contact via email with them for the last week and I finally get "No Available Updates".  If you still get them reappearing, try formatting your card and then take blank card to the updater.  If you notice some updates size as 0.0, reformatting may help because seems like updates are installed in groups.  Ex: I had the EPB from Landrover keep showing up and size was 0.0, so I looked and it gets installed with Jaguar.  If after all this you still get reappearing, I would email support or chat live online with someone.  Good Luck

    Thanks. I reinstalled onto a formatted/blank SD card and everything seemed to install/update okay. Doing the reformat/reinstall also reduced the file size from my original SD card by approximately 1 GB, so am hoping that didn't negatively affect anything.  I see in another post that someone lost their "all system" capability (was apparently replaced with "four system").  Am not exactly sure how to check for this.
