What did you do to get it working? I have the exact same problem now and I can't get past this. I can still get updates from the DS708 unit directly but the WiFi connection is spotty at best. I tried downloading and installing PC Suite v6.31 directly but then PC Suite doesn't recognize any update being available for the DS708 SD card (even when new updates are clearly visible on the DS708 unit itself). Something is really flakey about the update process in general.

 Hi, please uninstall old version PC Suit, and download V6.31  PC Suit directly from our website www.autel.com. The error happens when you try to update PC Suit on PC Suit.
