My MaxiSys 908BT-Pro I have used since 2016 has been a very usefull too. I decided to purchase the MaxiScope MP408 to extend the use of my MS908. I got sick shortly after it's was purchased in 2020 so until now I wasn't able to set it's up for use. I did all the software and firmware updates but when I try to start the program for the MaxyScope it's locks up with a screen message "Reading Out Firmware: Please Wait..." What is the problem and how do resolve this issue. I filed a report and was told tech support would call me back,,, but this never happened.
