How do I get updates for AL510?

I just got ahold of a brand new/in-box AL 510 scanner. I'm trying to get it up to date, but there is NO links/reference to this model anywhere. (???) Is this an old model with discontinued support? It doesn't even show in the search pane, or under "older products". Help! How/where can get updates for it? Thank You. -

the 510 has been on the go since 98-99 and does cars back to 96 some company's have discontinued sales for this tool so you may be right in thinking autel have stopped support for it what happens when you try to register it .
try calling the official autel in whichever country your in, details should be on this forum somewhere

Dear Customer, please go to http://www.autel.com/autelcms/UpdatesDownloads/429.jhtml#, Old Product, and download the MS509 Update Pack (MS509 is the General Name of AL510 outside USA). -

Hi. i have altech 510 pro i did update dtc to 2.13 and program to 2.13When program was ended i had problems on the screen there wasnt any optonions but only logo obd with some pixelsCan someone help me?? al510 is discontinued, sorry we cannot help.
