we would like to know in what condition , this message "no sensor detected" appears. In "All wheels" mode or "One wheel "mode? (pls check in your setup options)

Do you change the original sensor to aftermarket sensor? If so, there may be a problem. Pls try in "One wheel" mode to find out if all sensors can't be read or just one sensor. Also pay attention: put the TS401 near the wheel in case the distance is too far away. Try in another year of silverado to activate the sensor.

i have new devices TBMS TS401 
I have read the manual book  i don't found my tpms ts401
then I check in Internet I found update and DTC .I install update successfully
but I still have problem when I check the sensor the devise still give me the same message (receiving data) then ( no sensor detected)

i am try with many vehicle
