TS601 Printing Problem! Pls HELP

    Could anyone help me in subject issue? 

    1.I've connected the TPMS to my PC using USB cable.
    2. I fallowed printing steps as per manual " Print Data" page.
    3.When I reach to step 4: Press the corresponding  FUNCTION BUTTON 'Print' 
    at then; no file is uploaded to my computer!, and TPMS screen shows message: Can't connect to the computer, please check hardware failure!.
       
    I want to bring to your attention that I'm updating the same TPMS using USB cable with PC and updating process went fine, with no problem at all!, which means it's well connected, and problem with connection issue!.

    From the other hand, on my computer when I double click on "Autel Printer" icon; it shows message: no scan tool connected!.

    Any recommendations?, Thanks
