     Go to Setting, then Market, choose Europe, back to TPMS, Subaru, WRX. Sensor No.: 28103-FJ000

      My particular TS601 does not show a "market" option.  The tool is a North American version.

     NEED!?!? Just add it to the North American version for crying out loud.
