Ts 601 will not update. Not off to a good start with a new tool.

     Just got my TS601 so I registered it. Checked for updates and there is one. When I click install I get an error message that says:

     create folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Autel\PC Suit\jatcollc@yahoo.com\MT6014000814\download\Autel PC Suite","lag201304221103300175":"PC??","lag201305051504580071":"Autel PC Suite failed

    So far not impressed for what was paid. Anyone know whats wrong?

     Hi, you can go to Autel website and download PC Suite V6.31 on the computer. Plug the SD card to the computer and update the System Program of your device to the latest version V2.55_US via PC Suite first. After that you can update vehicle software. Please have a try and write to support@autel.com if there is still any problem. Thanks!
