t601 update i can't down load pc suit on one of my laptops

     pc suit will not down load on only one of my lap tops,my other laptops work fine

     Hi, is it windows 7 or windows 8? Windows 8 is not supported so far. Also please help to check if the firewall setting has blocked our update server IP address: 104.171.4.62. Thanks!
