     i updated the ts401 and now stock on hex mode  i cant see anything and i can not  go to regular screen

    Hello,

    Please try to update the TS401 again. Make sure you update program update and dtc update. Latest update is on this website. Go to products. TS401 then downloads.

     In the manual will state on how to go into forced update mode.

    So what if we don't have memory or pay for yearly membership?
