     I have purchased a MaxiTPMS TS601 with serial # MT6014001860. The unit will not power on and it arrived with a 4gb SD card that is completely blank. Additionally, the unit it also missing the CD ROM.

    Is there a way to remedy this problem other than returning to the dealer?

     Hello Sir, this S/N was registered on November, 2015, do you know the autel ID? If yes, you can  login PC Suit with the ID to download all software. If you don't know the ID, please send me mail support01@autel.com
