TS601 will not communicate with ECU via TPMS function

2008 Subaru Legacy.TS601 can read all sensors, and can communicate through OBDII port for all functions other than TPMS Diagnostics. TPMS Diagnostics Menu will say that it can't communicate and to perform troubleshooting steps (check the ignition is ON, cable connection, that your car even HAS TPMS etc.)I performed all those steps as well as those in Section 3.9 in the manual as directed by section 4.2. -

I gave about 10 days to respond before I returned the TS601 and sold my MaxiDAS 708. 19 days for customer support is not sufficient for me. I was very excited to have TPMS capability, but it didn't work. It cannot talk to Subaru ECU's. Sadly, I'm done with Autel. -
