    Hi, 

    if i Register my tool i get the prompt 'The product has been registered.'
    but if i want to update in the maxi pc suite, i get the prompt 'no device has been registered under this id'

    i have filled in a tech support twice, no answer, i have called the eu number, it doesnt exist...

    please help
