My MaxiTPMS TS408 is locked up.  I scanned tire 1, continued to scan tire 2 and nothing happened. The little red wave stopped moving and now the TS408 is locked up.  It seems none of the buttons work.  Pushed, pushed and held both the (N) = cancel and the power off button.  Nothing happens, the screen is froze on the first tire scan and the second tire trying to scan.  I can not cancel or turn off the scanner. The picture shows the screen it is stuck on.
