I just purchased the TS408S, the "TS408S Quick Start Guide" that came with the unit does not show or mention a "Toolkit" option on the Main Menu, Autel should have documented this difference in the TS-408 User Manual.   I did stumble on a poor workaround, I connected the TS408S serial cable to my vehicle OBD2 port, ran the TPMS OBD Relearn functions, then opened Review Data page to display results.   OBD error code B1A10 indicates "Keyless Operation Key (KOS) or Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) Fob 1 Battery Low" and I did get this error code with the key fob I used during this test so slightly better than nothing.
