there are a lot of issues with our tools and support is no where to be found, stress and frustration is building up all over the forum and support is playing hide and seek, we need answers now, you need to logging to the site every now and then, read the forum and to let us know if our problem are been looked at, been fixed, or what it is happening, we are 6 month into our update period and hardly anything has been done and no clue when it will, a lot of issues and missing options on old vehicles and you keep adding new model years with their new  issues instead of fixing/adding the old ones, and make sure all models have the options not just some. there is so much i can do here but is not good enough. the tool is only as good as its support and updates, so far not much of either one. get your act together, this tools cost a lot of money they where not given to us as a gift.

    I agree with you.....

We get punished I see.... But I choice in specific problems contact the autel service in my country. There I get almost more feedback....

Do it also.... I have many questions, but I get answers from Autel head office in Sweden.

Try it in your country the same way....

I totally agree. I have invested a lot of money in various Autel tools as well as the top
tool ms908p. I really want support to step up its game and make this tool over the top
as I know they can. If they don't they WILL lose a lot of potental cuctomers as well as
    current ones. So............Autel .........your answer?

What support? Recently purchased mini and from what I can tell from different posts in Maxi-flash glad I didn't waste money on the 908P. Don't want to even talk about numerous calls that maybe get a call-back 2 to 3 days later so give up for now seems better. The main reason I think everyone is buying tool is to circumvent OEM websites for some of the more advanced functions like key programming ,module installation and coding etc. I don't own the 908 and I see on mine most of it isn't supported but the biggest improvement to me from what I'm reading in flash forum is user's don't have good instructions on the unit for these functions and sometimes users seem unsure if they should be using maxi-flash as a standard invalidated J-box with a laptop. If not for the generous support you and others like you are providing on usage tool doesn't get favorable reviews from most. In short support should step up and the end-user shouldn't be doing their job of answering all the how to questions about  advanced functions.

I believe Support is trying real hard , but don't  think Autel Support can provide good Multi Lingual Step by Step How To Advice on OE J2534 programming side of the software where copied stuff might not take. They don't  engineer the OE software themselves, and that software wasn't originally developed in their own native language. For the money the copied OE  software on the diagnostic and bi-directional end of a DS708 or Mini does work, even if it works 80% is still a good bang for the buck value, and update costs are more in line for what I would think copied versions of OE software should be if it works 80% of the time. Would any of us be able to give a Chinese Technician tech support through Google Translator and not sound like a Caveman communicating to them? Probably not.
I have not done any J2534 programming with an aftermarket tool, but reading about it, I think newer Chrysler products seem to be the most problematic of all the after market J2534 devices to handle, so if  Autel can tame newer Chrysler programming with a Teutonic mix of Mopar, and Fiat  via  J2534, I think it could raise some eyebrows
