my screen appears scanner program mode, I do?

     I just bought the scanner and check for updates on the page, to update my program mode screen appears, but does not start the scanner, I saw in the manual that pressing the left key enters forced update but nothing happens.
    I make?

     You device seems to be MS509, MS609, which is already discontinued.
