How to change my AL619 back to english after upgrade.

After installing updates my AL619 SN# MSA014002262 some of my screens appear to in chinese. What can I do to get it back to English. I have gone through the menus which appears in english but my updates seem to be mixed languages with chinese. Please look at the attached image whereas the background is in english but the menu that pops up as well as all of the diagnostic menus are also in chinese.file: 20150130220939.pngTags: problem

It's actually in English language according to our system record. Please check if the softwares are OK. Re-load the softwares that have language issue. -

Hi, Could you give me more detail on how and what software needs to be loaded? I downloaded all updates and all menus are affected. Plese provide me the link and instructions to completely reinstall all the software to this device.
