It sounds like they are intentionally just holding off until just after your update subscription expires, just to drive you to drinking from their software that's  stinking, and then once you keep repeating Pin Codes over and over  the words will start to slur and  you will become known as the Booze-a-man and have to  check into AAA Rehab (Autel  Addicts Anonymous)  along with others who Once gave a sh@t, sent in data logs and gave feedback to deaf ears

We understand PIN code function is very important. But it is not so easy job for development. Anyway, we alwasy keep on working it. As our expected, parts of VW cars can be supported in the 2nd half of this year.

 If your subscription expired 6 months ago , how would you know that everyone else with a current subscription has had access to PIN codes  for the last 5 months and 29 days for everything ? Support could be  yanking your chain that they are still working on it . :-)
