I am so  tired of reading about guys that have had problems with their software becoming corrupted and being forced to update , or B@tching about this or that working no longer works after a new update  which might have been due to a over loaded Server issue or bad internet connection or WIFI issues. Why can't we just  have the option of having  a USB recovery zip drive sent with known good software already on it that we can use to update and or recover our tablets. It would probably make the servers less congested as more people rather use their  zip drives and get devices back to work and less complaints about lost functionality after updating.

  Other than downloading a repair patches , I  believe the time consuming downloading of  huge files off a congested server from China to a location with questionable internet connection on our ends can be a recipe for disaster for software functions to not to work.
   Updating  from a quality zip drive mailed  direct  from Autel in China ( can also serve as our software  back up recovery drive)shipped to your door for an extra $50 over regular update price would eliminate the question of inoperative functionality due to missing bytes of information due to overloaded server or your internet connection as the cause to why the function may not work, this way Autel would know the problem is definitely within the software itself , not transmission of it from an overloaded server or internet connection on our end, and we would be able to scan the zip drive files with a antivirus program that could remove any threats before loading to your PC or Tablet.

  Hey Support , has there been any consideration given to when you buy 12months of updates, for a small additional cost , purchasers can get  2 zip drives or SD cards sent by mail  to their address, like one  every 6 months  that folk with questionable or slow internet connections and limited time to do so could get the  update cards or zip drives and save them as authorized  backup software, and doing this  we can eliminate any question that the updates somehow got corrupted  downloading updates on our end?
