The tablet hardware/software seems pretty outdated. I would say it's 5 year old technology that we are using in 2016-2017.The camera on the tablet is very low resolution. The email application on the tablet is terrible too. The inability to download Android apps is a serious issue as well (I want to use Google Drive as I store all of my Factory Service Manual pdfs there).
