How do you get your printer drivers downloaded so you can print off scanner codes fter you have scanned?

     Scanned a vehicle wanted to print off the codes but can't seem to connect the information from the scanner to my pc (does not recognize the scanner when plugged in)

    Some Scan tools are connected thru a USB cable, others thru wifi. Whatever the case are you need to Install Maxi PC Suite or Maxi-LinkII on your PC, depending on the Autel tool. Read the tool owner manual. Download the Maxi suite/LinkII here https://support.autel.com/support/solutions/folders/8000079030

    Same issue I saved it as PDF file and emailed it to my self then printed it takes longer but works
