Where can I get Ford incode and outcode when programming ford vehicle keys?

    I would like to know where/how can I get the incode outcode generator/downloader when programming ford vehicle keys.

     Probably at the gateway :-)). ....The IM508 and IM608 might be able to do some newer Coded PATS without having a Ford Subscription and an LSID through NASTF
