My password works in Autel's Account but Maxi PC Suite will not accept old or new password. I have reset the password through Autel login account, but I can not log into Maxi PC Suite even after my TF card has been selected via card adapter. T/S was unable to get it to work. The system will validate that my Autel ID is correct, even when I submit change password and I get the message 'password was reset', the password is not working in Maxi PC Suite V1.32.Your thoughts.
