     why i cannot change the language to spanish. Say´s i have the athorization ?

     porque autel no permite hacerlo a nadie . Yo tuve el mismo problema y me contacte con el dealer que me lo vendio . Le envie el numero de serial y me hicieron el cambio de idioma

     If you want to change your language in DS708, pls contact your dealer and ask them to send us a confirmation letter, including the DS708 serial number, his dealer ID, the customer contact information, and the desired language.
    We don’t accept this request from individual user, but thru dealers.

     Hallo,

    ich habe meinen Verkäufer / Händler (WG Soft) kontaktiert. Er hat mir gesagt ich soll 1Woche warten und wieder Update machen? Weil Autel jedes Gerät einzeln freischaltet hmmm.... ich hab schon gut 5 Monate gewartet bis die Deutche Sprache rauskommt und nun muss ich auf die Authorisierung warten... hoffe es geschiet zeitnah.


    Weiss jemand wielange es dauert bis es Authorisiert wird?

    Das steht auf meinem Gerät wenn ich die Sprache auswählen möchte ... nach telefonat mit Autel Belgien soll ich warten bis ich zurück gerufen werde.

    WTF!  On Monday i call the Autel Belgium they told me that someone call me back, in some couple auf days hmmm ok ... thursday i call again to ask who/whan someone will call me and gave me some Information. The Girl with her beautiful voice told me tomorrow (Friday= you get all the Informations ... an today its friday i try to call them more than 5time and nobody takte the Phone or call back. What is this for a Service Autel??


    I Need Help to get the Authorization for German Language. Thank You.

    i send them Email & make many calls (Autel Belgium) and till now NOTHING!!! No Information nothing... and my dealer (WGsoft.de) tell me the he can do nothing because he send autel my serial number thats it / some people get it quikly some people have to wait... 

    Great Service Autel! Just Support to take the Money, afterPayment no Service/Support Thank You Autel
