     Hi, I have a new Al319 and connected to my 2009 Ford S-max. I have an engine malfunction message and oil service message on my dashboard. However, the AL319 connects but says there are no Stored, Pending or Permanent Codes. 
    How can that be? Any thoughts or comments would be very much appreciated.

    Another issue i am having is that the AL319 isn't listed on the device registration page. Also there is no device password on the About screen. Any ideas?

    Try reseting the service light, hold the brake and accelerator together for around 20
    secs see if that helps sometime the service light come on with engine malfuction with
    a fault code oil deterioration p253f
