    Hello everyone:
    I recently  updated the firmware and the DTC. During the DTC update the program failed and I was left with a DTC updating screen. When I rebooted the device I now get a white screen. Can someone provide me a solution to factory reset the device or update the DTC and firmware again?

     Your screwed my friend,just like me!  the 539B is not made for the US market.  USA service wont touch it, thats why its not listed on their website!  Did you buy from the a-hole in california on ebay? by chance?

    You may be able to get the USA tech support to tell you someway to reinstall.  After each update,mine has loss of gave funky readings!    If possible,return it!
