My brand new AL319 will not connect to either of my cars:  2007 Acura TL and 2013 Toyota Sienna.  I think it is just a defective unit.  I was able to update the bin and aut file no problem.  Everything looks like it is working but it can't link to the cars.  The tech at the smog station has no problems connecting to the Acura with a similar Autel device so I assume mine just has a hardware problem.  Anything else I can try before returning it?
