Good Evening. I'm having problems programing a transmission control unit Mercedes ml 350 2006, I can't download the file. Also have a C300 2015, I can't program the right head lamp control module. Thank you.

You must have a current subscription to download the files. If you do, call tech support
and let us know what they say. People have been complaining about the server being
down for Mercedes. I havn't tried to download a file lately or I would have called
support and found out what is going on. -

You probably know this already, but make sure the VCI is updated, and don't forget that programming and coding requires the provided USB cable is used between the Maxi Flash Elite and the tablet and probably best to temporarily turn off BT (Blue tooth) in system settings. Also a battery maintainer be connected to vehicle to meet the prerequisites for the process to even begin.
