Why does'nt autel answer complaints about Maxifix not working .Not good enough.

     Maxifix and Academy not working .Only had tool for 2 weeks.
    Sent emails and no answers.
    Very poor customer service ,unless autel fix the problems I will not recommend to anyone.!
