how to adapt 2 or more key fobes vag group cars?

I'm trying to adapt 2 key fobes to Audi ~ 2004. I go to 46 - central electronics, Adaptation, Group 0 save, then group 1 and enter new walue (key fobe count) = 2, save.The problem is that car takes only first fob I press button. The same is with Skoda VW and Seat.When I try the same process with VCDS all is OK and both key fobes works.I have MS908S PRO. Am I doing something wrong or there is some software lag?
