What to do with the error message "Unfortunately, Exchange has stopped"

    If you get error message “Unfortunately, Exchange has stopped" on Maxisys series tablet, please try the following steps:
    Please press and hold Email icon on the main screen, then move it to the top where you can see App info. Click at "Clear data" and then reconfigure your email. Thanks!

     i have a issue little different Unfortunately MaxiSys has stopped and also software is not authoriez serial number is  S/N V09G50413042
