I have a maxicheck mx808ts and I am trying to have an Chevrolet Equinox 2017 relearn steering wheel sensors for position and softspots. The program is only diagnosing the problems, when I go to relearn it shows an error of no connection with vci, through Bluetooth or through USB wire. How do I fix this problem? By the way it does this on all the cars I've tried, and I've tried on 8 different manufacturers.
