Tried calibrating a 2020 Subaru and kept getting a error for miscommunication, called tech support and was shown how to use a back door way. Then it kept saying the target was out of range. Checked the target placement at least a dozen times with the same result. The customer was sent a text message from the car saying we were working on it and it needs to be taken to the dealership. Has anyone experienced this? and if so does that affect the callibration?
To me it was like the car had locked up and shut us out as soon as the customer was sent the message.
