Dear sir/madam,
I am writing to you with a couple of questions. I have a new device VB7GLCC01020, and I am not able to get updates on it. I was told I will be able to get free updates for the upcoming two years, but currently when i go on the website I am informed i can only buy them. how can i get them?
Further, I want to change my device's language, and I get a message saying I am not authorized to do that and I should contact my dealer. I would like to add russian.
