What to do with the error message "Unfortunately, Maxisys has stopped"

    If you get error message "Unfortunately, Maxisys has stopped" on Maxisys or Maxisys mini tablet, please try the following steps:
    Connect Maxisys/Maxisys mini to PC via USB cable;
    Turn on USB storage on the maxisys;
    Wait for several seconds;
    Turn off USB storage;
    Restart the scanner and try again.

     Hello Sir, due to time difference, we are not able to connect your devide in time, could you please send the picture with error message to support@autel.com first? If you want to restore the tool , please go to System Settings--Backup&Reset, you can see Factory data reset there.

    repair it myself 
     
    as follow: setting+apps+MaxiSys+cleardata+clear cache +backup reset+factory data reset ..end 
     
    It worked for me
