    After updating to V6.33, some older DS708 may get error message "GetSysInfoFromRegTab() failed error" on start up screen, please use the attached file to solve this problem.
    Please go to Scan menu, look for the scan_arm.exe file, use the attached file to replace it, then restart your DS708.

     Yes, the file is within the word document, you can save it.

     Hi, you should unzip the folder, then you can see scan_arm.exe file, it's safe.

    My device  get massage error "GetSysInfoFromRegTab() failed error", I download the attached file, then I turn on DS708 that error massage disappear but the European cars is missing and I get a Fatal Application error "Application scan_arm.exe has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.

    How can I solve the problem?

    The link leads to a page which says "file no exist Please click backcan the file be re-uploaded or sent directly to me? My DS708 has this exact issue after updating.

     Same here, uploaded to V6.33 and get the error.  the link is not active anymore.  can I get the file to my email? (spoonsc69@gmail.com)
