As per our user manual, the OEM software can be purchased from this site: http://www.gmtechinfo.com/

Check on the GM site for the version of Java required.

you are using the wrong browser. try internet explorer or google chrome and it will allow you to click on accept. having the wrong java will give you other errors but not this one. you will need to download their java version also or you will not be able to flash. uninstall your current version then go to tisweb  ( acdelcotds.com ) and download theirs version 7.67 . make sure to choose maxisys pro  and not maxisys Bluetooth from the list. best regards.

Try to install the correct Java and, as someone already said, try to do with IE. I have that problem once, when I started to use J2534.

you don't need to try it like someone else said, its proven to work for the past 20 years (Internet Explorer)

i had  java version  8  on my laptop   the gm site would not work for me.   i called  up the help line   they  told me to delete  version 8.  and only use  version 7  java.
did  that and had no problems  using the gm site.
they told me what ever  jbox  you are using     it will only work with the  java 7 version.

you are correct, java 7.67 to be exact. this pertain to mattwendt  post, not original post.  he was not able to agree to the terms and condition by tisweb,  that's where you click and mark the box to agree. this issue has nothing to do with java but rather by using the wrong browser . also google chrome can be used.
