     So just bought this machine and every time I try to run the VAG505 Auto Scan it gets to 38/128 and it stops working, this has now happened on two different cars at the same place and after multiple attempts to run the test.  I came on today thinking there would be an update or something to fix it and nothing.  Does anyone have any help for me or do I just take it back?

     Yep, me too at exactly the same point, Windows pc suite not seeing windows7,keeps reverting to xp. So far not impressed.

    Hello.
    It is recommended to do the updates on your VAG 505. 
    After that, if you still cannot do the Auto Scan, please give us the detailed vehicle information, such as model, year and VIN, and the vehicle software version on your VAG505.
