MP408 maxiscope, Just to let anyone who is having problems updating
their Maxiscope Through their Maxisys,
Mine is a Maxisys MS906BT, I was offered an update after
plugging in the Scope, after doing the update I could not use the scope, I had
to download the PC Suite, but after this I had no luck at all getting the
update done, My Scope would work on my PC but not my MS906BT
So I contacted Autel support China, and had a response from
Daisy, She was so helpful and asked me to download team viewer, and made sure
it was available to the china working times, for me that was 60:00,
So I sent them all the details and at 07:15 they took over my
PC through Team Viewer, and after 20mins they had my Scope up and Running Again
I hear a lot of Complaint about Support from Autel, but I
have always found them extremely helpful.
Thanks Autel Tech’s for fixing my scope
