     just purchased a TS501 & trying to update. keep receiving "cannot connect to server" error. What do I do?

     Make sure the PC suit is up to date and the S/N is within update period. Then you can try to update with another network, the update server might be blocked by your network firewall.

      I have the same problem after purchasing update . is there newer pc suite than ver 1.0?

     V1.0 is too old, the latest is V6.34
