    I have deleted several apps in past. I did as you said, but toyota does not return as a
    update, I restarted tablet to make sure it was refreshed but still not there. That leads
    me to believe there is something wrong with the way its downloading or refreshing!

    yes  i agree lets see if support  has something to add am sure they'r reading this  mean while i am going to delete a few apps my self to see i can duplicate your issue i will keep you posted

     ok i deleted a few cars then went to update and they where there for download everything working fine here on my end  there has to be something in your tool internet setting  i will see what i can dig up on this and let you know

    Support has told me to check everything that ede65 has told me to check, waiting on
    response. Thinking about doing a factory reset and see what happens, but not sure
    yet. Getting frustrated, I'm a mechanic not an I.T. guy! Haha

        lets wait a bit and see what they come up with just in case a factory reset will leave you without any car makes at all and what if you can not download  them again   also can you try from another network just in case yours its blocking it.  like from a friends house if is a different internet provider even better  also maybe disable the wireless and do it thru the land cable and vice versa

    I have tried several different places with no luck. I just tried ethernet connection again
    and now I can't link that way, only wifi! Getting worried.

     any way you can disable the land  and just leave the wireless that is very strange i have the 905 no land here to try

     also team viewer with autel they can do that  log into your tool and check all settings ask them

    Autel download server is slow most of the time even on a good day though don't worry
    about your tool been the problem I get the same problem a few times a day
