jb i don't understand what is happening with your tool but it seems no one else is having that issue it has to be your tool in particular what i can do if you send your team view id to my email i can look at your settings don't post it on the forum and tell me at what time tonight you will be available i am in florida eastern time

Actually he is not the only one with the problem. I have been experiencing the same
problem. Can not download any vehicle updates. Sometimes it will start then fail.
Volvo this morning did download but then failed on install then lost internet
connection. It only loses internet connection when updating but not while crusing the
internet. Seems to be a conflict with the update software and wifi/lan connection. I
only loose my wifi connection when trying to update.

   thank you for clearing that up in that case yes i agree with you it has not happen to me yet other than the regular very slow server but i can complete my downloads for most of the time not always there have to be something in the software creating this conflict for the 908 i have also noticed my wireless connection lost every now and then but at idle and this was not happening before the last update the multitask  update so i will check into this and let you all know thanks again.

I'm having trouble too. I'm doing a brand new update. This is a new machine. I just did all my setting up etc. Now I'm trying to do my updates. I click on Update.. it just says loading. I thought it just might have a bunch to do but it just loads and loads. Am i doing something wrong? Thanks

Yes kile you need to download os first from your desk top click on system update
update the os then go back and do your updates
