    Talked to support last night, tried to connect w/ teamviewer w/o success. No ethernet
    connection at all only wifi will work. Would not connect to ther server at all. After about
    an hour they decided it is internal hardware failure. Just my luck to always get the bad
    one out of the bunch. At least we figured out the problem. Many thanks to ede65 for
    trying to help. Will let you all know when I get new/repaired scanner and how its
    working.

    you are welcome Jb and I am sorry to hear such bad news but it can happen  i wish you the best of luck with the next one  try to exchange it for another one if you can  i don't trust any repairs at all  good luck buddy.

     I received a new replacement scanner last Friday and all is well. No download problems or lost wifi connections and connects via ethernet. I am pleased to say support in China and US were very helpful and answered all questions. The only complaint I have is having to pay shipping to them, but that is a very minor complaint. Overall a very good experience with Autel. If they keep up what they are doing and listen to their customers they will have a bad ass tool that will be hard to compete with.

     I just got my unit friday. I also am having a issue with my ethernet not working. wireless is fine.Settings in the ethernet grayed out. possible driver issue

      Did you solve that update problem because i just bought ms 908, and it keep saying loading but i called tech line and the guy was helpful in solving the problem relating to update, turns out i did not have the right software version and i am glad he help fix it for me.... but i would not give judgement yet on the tool and still excite to get all that it was hype up to be....

     My updates have been fine. Just the Ethernet port inop.

    thats great news jb  am happy for you  yes this tool is shaping up slowly but surely it will indeed be one of the best tool out
