We are looking into this issue now. 

When you are trying to download the software updates or search online on Maxisys, please do not use WiFi and Ethernet connection at the same time in case that they will cause conflicts. You can connect to Internet either via WiFi or LAN connection. 

 

If you cannot download the software updates after upgrading the system program to V1.23, please try the settings as below: 

1. Find out the Maxisys icon on the tablet, hold the Maxisys icon, and then you will see "App Info" at the top of Maxisys tablet. 

2. Move the Maxisys icon into "App Info", and then click "Force stop" and "clear data" buttons on the new screen to stop progress and remove the datas.

   Then you can try if you can download the software updates.

If still the same, please press "Root Explorer" on Maxisys, go to /mnt/sdcard/scan/, and check if there is a "init.xml" file. If there is such a file, please delete the file and then test it again.
