I have to agree with some people here. Launch pad is really fast and functions are very similar to Autel. The used car dealership who bring business to my shop he got one. I have used it, and I'm very impress. Luckily the guy didn't know how to used it much. So Im still got some off his business.

i agree updates are very slow, but they keep concentrating on new vehicles.... when will they learn we as individuals will not see these cars for at least 3 years from manufacture.

i wont be renewing my subscription which is due in October unless something good comes along in updates........

i will wait until its worth paying for or i might just buy a launch...

I agree also. Autel seems to forget that 90% of the car we as techs work on are at least 5-10 years old. We need a scan tool that functions properly and works on this group of cars. So many complaints and not enough action. I am also due to expire in Oct. Not worth $700 to continue this path of questionable  updates. The tool is slower and less useful than when I bought it. I do not call this an upgrade.

I again reiterate G SCA2 is only solution.

I think the results of the new system update will finally answer this question and give a clear direction where Autel is headed, for there customers or trying to avoid more lawsuits.
